The SN8PC01 is a RISC-like 8-bit micro-controller utilized CMOS technology and featured with low power consumption and high performance by its unique electronic structure. The device is designed with the excellent IC structure including the program memory up to 0.5K-word OTP ROM, data memory of 32-bytes RAM,a watchdog timer, 4-level stack buffers and one 38KHZ IR OUTPUT. The system clock is 455KHZ resonator or crystal.
