Sonix mask ROM SNR008 / SNR016 is a signal power, 8M-bit / 16M-bit, read only memory. They operate for single 3V power supply and support static standby mode. They are embedded with two different interfaces: a standard 8-bit interface bus which is compatible with SNL310, and a special 8-bit AD (address / data) bus which is compatible with SNC710.
